Job summary

A leading banking institution in Riyadh is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle. You will manage product features, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure all requirements are met. The role requires strong communication to align stakeholders and guide a team effectively. Candidates should have experience in product strategy and management, with an emphasis on customer feedback and market analysis.

Job description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the full product cycle and ensuring all the product requirements are well planned and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Define and improve business opportunities and scope in business requirements in order to analyze it with IT for provide a suitable plan that meets the deadline.
  • Work closely with card scheme to ensure all mandates are implemented to ensure all our business needs are aligned.
  • Ensure all the required documents from SAMA are prepared to obtain non-objection letter.
  • Manage and improve all stages in life products, including customer feedback, addressing customer issues, and increase customer awareness to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all materials and card design are delivered in cooperation with vendors and marketing team before product launch.
  • Implement the appropriate strategy in offering product and choose the suitable segment to offer it.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Deliver and prioritize features for the products and corresponding justification.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
  • Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
  • Defining a vision for a product
  • Align stakeholders around the vision for the product and work closely with the function control.
  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the product development process.
  • Lead the innovation process and assure a pipeline of new ideas is being generated continuously.
  • Prepare a yearly backlog plan to develop the entire product.
  • Manage and monitor the utilization of new products.
  • Manage the quality of products and ensure they utilize all resources.
  • Create a development plan or story for future products.
  • Take initiatives to adjust the unclear future of the products.
  • Make sure the backlog is fully controlled each quarter.
People Management
  • Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective Department
  • Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
  • Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance
