The Product Director - Cybersecurity Solutions will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, strategy, and execution of Cybersecurity products. Based in Riyadh, this position requires a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and market trends in Cybersecurity.

The Product Director - Cybersecurity Solutions will be responsible for the following responsibilities and stakeholder engagement to drive successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing product strategies aligned with business objectives and client/market demands
• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle for AI-driven Cybersecurity solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and delivery
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Defining product pricing strategies to achieve profitability and market competitiveness
• Monitoring products' performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Preparing and presenting product updates and strategy reports to senior management
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product development process
• Growing and developing the Product team

Profile / Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields of study
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management within large, renowned Cybersecurity/IT vendors
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven Cybersecurity tools and solutions such as EDR, XDR, MDR, NDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW (Next-Generation Firewall), NGAV (Next-Generation Antivirus)
• Deep understanding of AI developments in Cybersecurity/IT solutions
• Proven expertise in developing and executing product strategies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret client needs and market data effectively
• Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• An understanding of the Riyadh market and its unique dynamics
