A leading outsourcing company is looking for Procurement Specialists and Senior Procurement Specialists to handle procurement activities for land defense vehicle components. Candidates should have experience in motor vehicles or land defense systems procurement, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of supply chain processes. The roles require varying levels of experience, from 2 to 3 years for the specialist position and 8 to 10 years for the senior role.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience for Procurement Specialist; 8 to 10 years for Senior Procurement Specialist.
• Experience in defense manufacturing or automotive and heavy engineering.
• Knowledge of technical drawings and specifications.

Looking for experienced professionals who have worked within Motor Vehicle / Land Systems / Defense Industry environments.

Open Positions:

1. Procurement Specialist – 2 to 3 Years Experience
2. Senior Procurement Specialist – 8 to 10 Years Experience

Industry: Land Defense / Military Vehicle Manufacturing

What You Will Do:

• Execute procurement activities for vehicle components, assemblies, systems, and sub-systems.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and select vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely material availability.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Logistics & Quality teams.
• Maintain supplier performance, contract compliance, and delivery schedules.
• For Senior Role: Lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and guide junior team members.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience in Motor Vehicles / Heavy Vehicles / Land Defense Systems procurement.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization skills.
• Knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and supply chain processes.
• For Senior Role: Proven ability in procurement planning & decision-making at scale.
