The project

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of world‑class assets supporting major sporting events, including the development of multiple stadiums. Mace is at the forefront of this landmark program with a highly motivated client organisation and seeks results‑driven professionals to join our exceptional teams, driving excellence at every stage of these high‑profile projects.

You’ll be responsible for :
  • Support prequalification management through the standard selection questionnaire process.
  • Draft tender documents and manage evaluation processes with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing procurement strategies and provide client advisory on supply chain delivery.
  • Coordinate reporting requirements, including briefing notes and project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement rules and procedures across all activities.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to enable effective collaboration.
  • Contribute to operational delivery of team and regional strategies using established technical capabilities.
  • Champion sustainability and drive net zero carbon goals throughout procurement processes.
You’ll need to have :
  • Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
  • Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is an advantage.
  • Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
