- Construction Experience & Strong Analytical, negotiation, and Understanding of Procurement Law and Regulations.

- Experience with equipment, vehicles and facilities materials vendors in local market only.

- Leadership experience.

Working days: 5 days with alternative Saturdays.

Working Hours: 8 hrs.
