Job Purpose: Coordinate and execute procurement and logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition and delivery of goods and services, supporting the company's operational and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Quotation & Supplier Management
  • Source and arrange quotations from the local market
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service quality
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
  • Oversee delivery collection and local logistics operations
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery statuses
Documentation & Records
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
  • Ensure proper filing and control of procurement-related documents
Asset & Office Management
  • Manage company vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and documentation
  • Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory
  • Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of office facilities
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock control
  • Ensure optimal stock availability and timely replenishment
Administrative & Financial Support
  • Handle petty cash and manage cash flows for team business trips
  • Assist in general administrative activities as required
Travel Coordination
  • Research and secure best airline ticket options for business travel
  • Issue travel tickets and support travel logistics for the business unit
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within the electromechanical or technical services industry
