About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensure timely delivery of goods, and drive cost optimization through financial analysis and effective vendor management. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order management
  • Coordinate goods receipt, quality inspection, and GRN posting to ensure accuracy of received materials
  • Oversee order picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch documentation to meet delivery schedules
  • Perform financial analysis of procurement data including P&L, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Monitor cost management initiatives to optimize procurement spend and reduce expenses
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement plans with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
  • Utilize ERP systems and MS Excel for procurement tracking and data analysis

Skills

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-6 years of hands‑on experience in procurement or purchasing roles
  • Proven technical expertise in financial analysis, P&L management, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of cost management and accounting principles
  • Experience with procurement processes including goods receipt, quality inspection, GRN posting, order picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch documentation
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent
  • Experience working in large-scale manufacturing or logistics environments
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and import/export procedures
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • Arabic language proficiency
