This role is vital in managing the procurement process specifically for our residential projects, ensuring that all materials, services, and supplies align with our quality standards and project timelines.

As the Procurement Manager for Residential, you will be responsible for sourcing the best suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to identify procurement needs, analyze market trends, and seek innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the procurement activities related to residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and delivery conditions.
