The project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed‑use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high‑calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for
  • Assist in the creation, review, and standardization of procurement policies, procedures, and processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Help to establish governance frameworks for policy approval, updates, and enforcement.
  • Identify and address gaps in existing processes, leveraging data analytics and best practices.
  • Use data insights to identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Monitor the impact of policy and process changes on operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Support the completion of audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and processes.
  • Drive the implementation of standardized policies through effective communication and training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policy compliance and adherence to organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver targeted training programs on standardized policies and processes.
  • Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture within the team.
You’ll need to have
  • 7+ years of experience in policy governance, process management, or similar roles, ideally in large‑scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Preferred: CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions.
  • Experience of working in cross‑collaborative environments and ensuring differing goals and needs align with overarching organizational strategy.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia through work experience in the region preferred.
