Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role focuses on vendor management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies and local regulations while supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
  • Monitor market trends, supplier risks, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and Saudi regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as finance, operations, and project teams to forecast procurement needs.
  • Oversee contract management, renewals, and dispute resolution with suppliers.
  • Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate procurement team members where applicable.
Essential Qualifications
