We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The Procurement Manager will play a pivotal role in managing procurement activities for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring that all materials and services are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively. This position demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of procurement within the construction sector while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies that support our ambitious project goals and contribute to the successful execution of our initiatives under the Vision 2030 framework.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement procurement strategies tailored to the unique needs of mega projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and KSA Vision 2030 goals.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying project needs and sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and ensure the availability of quality resources for infrastructure projects.
  4. Conduct thorough market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify the best sourcing options and assess supplier capabilities for large-scale projects.
  5. Monitor procurement budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial targets and identifying opportunities for cost savings throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide strategic guidance on procurement best practices.
  7. Lead supplier performance assessments and implement corrective measures to maintain high standards of service delivery and project quality.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously enhance procurement processes and policies.
  9. Prepare comprehensive procurement reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and project procurement performance.

  13. Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform procurement strategies and decisions.
