Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager / Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across multiple projects, especially those related to government and institutional support. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience within the KSA/Gulf Region, a comprehensive understanding of local and international supply chains, and proven expertise in procurement administration and dispute resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or JD) or equivalent legal qualifications. (Master’s in Law preferred)
13‑15 years of experience in legal support roles, with a focus on EPC contracts within the industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Bilingual – Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) are advantageous.
