A leading dairy company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Buyer to join its Procurement Team. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of imported materials, managing vendor relations, and optimizing costs through effective procurement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Officer in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Customs Clearance of imported materials, transportation and documentation.
• Obtain quotations for POSM items and prepare purchase orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other departments.
• Manage the duty exemption and avoid paying a duty for any exempted item.
• Process all invoices for payment (invoice matching).
• Find and explore cost saving measures.

Good cooperation and communication skills
