Lead the strategic sourcing and category management scope across critical business categories including Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Facility Management, Transportation & Fleet Management. This executive-level position requires a seasoned procurement professional who can drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and value creation while ensuring operational excellence across diverse and complex spend categories.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field, preferably holding Master’s degree in (MBA, MSc in Procurement/Supply Chain)
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of procurement and supply chain management experience
  • Proven experience managing complex categories including IT, telecommunications.
  • Record of leading large-scale procurement transformations and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Experience with global sourcing and managing international supplier relationships.

  • Deep knowledge of procurement processes, strategic sourcing methodologies, and category management principles
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and telecommunications technologies, facility management, fleet operations, and construction project management.
