This role involves ensuring compliance with PepsiCo standards, providing analytical support, and conducting supplier evaluations to contribute to overall QFS enhancement. Candidates should have a NEBOSH qualification, strong English skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to systemize processes and ensure sustainability.
• Self-starter with high business savvy.
• Knowledge of QFS related applicable legislations.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to coach others effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage consumer feedback and compensation processes.
• Act as the point of contact for consumer/customer feedback.
• Manage consumer compensation schemes and track reporting.
• Perform supplier evaluations and manage related issues.
• Prepare regular reports on consumer feedback trends.
