Job Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Supports operations and office groups to establish and maintain standard work and continuous flow in all areas including 5S and visual management programs
  • Serves as change agent working collaboratively within and across departments, functions to implement a process improvement culture
  • Designs systems, processes & procedures
  • Conducts organizational, work simplification & measurement studies and evaluations
  • Documents findings of studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures or organizational changes
  • Prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
  • Benchmarks of processes & machines performance against affiliates & international standards
  • Analyses problems and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding
  • Analyses audits results, customer complaints, internal rejections and customer survey data
  • Conducts all type of scheduled and spot audits within the company premises
  • Acts as a food safety team leader to ensure that the food safety management system is established, implemented, maintained & updated
  • Assists in managing Quality, Food Safety and Occupational Health & Safety management systems
  • Conducts regular customer satisfaction surveys to build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their improvement needs
Job Requirements
