Job summary

A talent acquisition firm is seeking a proficient Process Engineer to develop and optimize process solutions in Saudi Arabia. The role involves working on design systems to enhance efficiency and productivity, supporting troubleshooting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Chemical or Process Engineering and 3–6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in process simulation tools is essential. Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of process engineering experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, or industrial plants.
  • Proficiency in process simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS or PRO/II.
  • Knowledge of process safety, plant operations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize process designs, PFDs, and P&IDs.
  • Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies.
  • Monitor process performance and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Support troubleshooting of process upsets and operational issues.
  • Participate in commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
  • Prepare technical reports and operating manuals.
