This role includes overseeing all stages of the printing process, from preparation to finishing, while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, operating standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate traditional and digital printing machines, adjusting settings according to production requirements.
• Prepare print files and materials, ensuring they meet technical standards.
• Monitor print quality, including color accuracy, precision, and overall consistency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during printing efficiently.
• Manage inventory of paper, inks, and other raw materials, coordinating supply orders as needed.
• Assist in finishing processes such as cutting, folding, binding, packaging, and specialty printing.
• Coordinate multi-stage printing operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Test materials and inks before production to guarantee quality.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental standards in the print facility.
• Train and support new staff or assistants in printing operations when needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Work with acrylic and neon signage, with full knowledge of the best methods for their installation.

Required Experiences:
