They are able to partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and run and optimize operations. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Principal Supply Chain Project Analyst. This role is focused on leading and delivering large, moderately complex supply chain projects from design through implementation, applying advanced analytical expertise to solve undefined business problems and drive process, system, and operational improvements. The successful candidate will manage projects with a high degree of autonomy, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, influence decision-making, and provide guidance and coaching to junior team members while contributing to strategic supply chain initiatives.
