A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia seeks a Preventive Maintenance Supervisor to manage a multi-skilled team overseeing the operation and maintenance of equipment. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and empowering team members through training. Candidates should have a diploma in Electrical Engineering, along with comprehensive knowledge of safety requirements and ERP systems. The role ideally requires 5 years of experience with a preference for GCC experience.
The Preventive Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to manage a self directing, multi-skilled team to maximize operational availability and efficiency of Engineering Plant and Equipment to meet internal customer needs.
Manage break downs and maintenance to meet the internal customer requirement ensuring adherence to the defined safety and Quality standards.
Coordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment's perform as required.
Review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.
Executes the planning and execution of the planned preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment to meet the demands of the process and manufacturing end users.
Ensures full implementation of defined and laid down Safety systems and safe practices of work continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
Agrees tasks and targets with Engineering Manager and make plans with team members for achievement.
Conduct duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures as specified in the manufacturer's recommendations and/or Quality System.
Implement defined and laid down Safety systems and safe practices of work continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
Identify, plan and implement requisite training to ensure continued development of all team members ensuring that an adequately maintained skills inventory is in place.
Report Technical Data and Plant status to relevant manager.
Ensure GMP is maintained and increased within the team and that all operations are conducted within the specified quality standards and parameters.
Identify training needs of maintenance technicians and ensure that the required skills inventory is in the place.
Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year(s) GCC is a plus.
