As part of our Technical Sales Engineering team, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Channel Partners to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll play a strategic role in driving product adoption, enabling partner success, and ensuring customer satisfaction across diverse industries.

What you’ll do

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in positioning Trend Micro’s cybersecurity solutions to meet customer needs and drive business success.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present tailored cybersecurity solutions
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Design technical solutions that address complex customer requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners through training and enablement
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends and become a subject matter expert on Trend Micro products
