Altavia Medina is seeking an experienced POS production and rollout Project Manager to convert briefs into production-ready builds and coordinate multi-location installations across beauty, cosmetics, and luxury sectors. You will manage prototypes, production constraints, and vendor teams to deliver on-brand displays.

The role requires strong negotiation, scheduling, and stakeholder management, plus deep knowledge of fabrication materials (wood, metal, acrylic) and proficiency with Excel and MS

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in POS production / retail rollout / fabrication project management.
• Strong understanding of fabrication materials and processes (wood/metal/acrylic).
• Proven experience managing prototypes, production constraints, and multi-location installs.
• Strong Excel + MS Office; comfortable with project tracking and reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Convert briefs and designs into production-ready builds and materials structure safety assembly packaging.
• Coordinate fabrication, print, logistics, warehousing, and installation partners.
• Build rollout plans, store lists, delivery waves, install schedules, and track execution.
• Run QC checks and ensure compliance with specs and brand standards.
• Control budget margins, manage change requests, and secure approvals for variations.
• Maintain project documentation, BOMs, specs, drawings, POs, approvals rollout trackers install reports POSM.
