JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic Policy and Processes Expert Manager to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of organizational policies and processes. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all policies align with the strategic objectives of the organization and promote operational efficiency while adhering to regulatory and best practice standards.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of governance frameworks, process optimization, and compliance management. You will work closely with various departments to analyze current policies, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices that drive effective decision-making and operational excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in policy development, process management, or compliance roles, preferably in the construction or project management sector.
  • Strong understanding of governance principles and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of guiding teams and managing multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
