Job summary

A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced planner with over 8 years in construction project management. Responsibilities include collaborating on the bidding process, preparing schedules and planning documents, and analyzing resources during the tender phase. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess hands-on experience with Primavera P6. Fluent English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 8 years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Familiar with EPC project workflows, quantity logic, and Critical Path Method (CPM).

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the manager to complete the bidding process. Responsible for preparing tender-stage schedules, including overall and detailed programmes using Primavera P6.
• Responsible for preparing planning documents such as S-curves and manpower histograms.
• Responsible for resource and productivity/capacity analysis during the tender stage.
• Coordinate with the project team to complete the programmes and other related work if required by the project.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 8 years of planning experience in construction projects, with at least 5 years of hands‑on P6 experience.
• Familiar with EPC project workflows, quantity logic, and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred.
• Language requirement: Fluent in English (work‑proficient); Arabic is an advantage.
