Job Title: Planning Engineer III

Department: PMO

Role Purpose:

Collaborate with Senior Planning Engineer to prepare, update, and supervise project schedules, coordinate site teams, monitor project progress, generate reports, and assist in baseline preparation.

Job Accountabilities:
  • Prepare and update schedules per applicable procedures using Primavera P6
  • Prepare and follow up on look-ahead construction plans across disciplines
  • Monitor subcontractors and suppliers; conduct site visits to verify progress consistency with schedule
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project teams and clients
  • Supervise project progress calculation via relevant software tools
  • Collect data for baseline updates; extract resource usage for manpower, commodity installation, and progress curves.
  • Assist in the preparation of project baselines and time claims.
Job Requirements:
  • 4–6 years in planning or project planning and control (construction preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Primavera P6, MS Excel, scheduling techniques, progress monitoring, reporting
