A prominent engineering services company in Riyadh is seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer for SEC High Voltage Transmission projects. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant experience, SEC approval, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, analyzing delays, and coordinating with various teams to ensure compliance with SEC standards. Strong knowledge of planning software, especially Primavera P6, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain project baseline schedule complying with SEC requirements.
• Prepare, update, and analyze detailed construction schedules.
• Monitor project progress and perform schedule impact analysis.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and track resources against approved schedule.
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation actions.

Double Vision Company is seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer for SEC High Voltage Transmission Projects in Riyadh.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in SEC High Voltage Transmission projects
• SEC-approved Planning Engineer (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline)
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) approval
• Strong knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6 preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain the project baseline schedule in compliance with SEC requirements
• Prepare, update, and analyze detailed construction schedules, including revisions and recovery plans
• Monitor project progress and perform schedule impact and delay analysis
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, bi-weekly (two-week look-ahead), and monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure accurate progress reporting
• Prepare earned value analysis (EVA) and productivity reports
• Prepare, review, and support project invoices, payment certificates, and claims submissions
• Track manpower, equipment, and material resources against the approved schedule
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation and recovery actions
• Support project management in variation orders, extensions of time (EOT), and contractual planning matters
• Ensure all planning and reporting activities comply with SEC standards and project contractual requirements
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning inputs to management and clients
