Company Overview

A leading Facilities Management and Engineering Services company is seeking a qualified Planning Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop work plans and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance with project schedules.
  • Analyze project data to identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
  • Support site engineers and provide reports on project performance.
  • Prepare templates, KPIs, and performance matrices aligned with the project scope.
  • Track project progress and completion percentages (POC).
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to verify scope execution.
  • Manage project documentation and update CAFM or similar systems.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and issue Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
  • 6‑8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in Facility Management or Construction.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong understanding of planning processes and risk management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience using CAFM systems or equivalent planning software.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and performance control procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
