As a Planning and Cost Control Engineer, you will develop schedules, track costs, and support project execution. You’ll coordinate with teams, monitor progress, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget through accurate planning and reporting.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Monitor actual progress against planned timelines and highlight deviations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project progress and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and consultants to ensure schedule alignment.
  • Track project budgets and costs to ensure financial control and efficiency.
  • Analyze delays, assess impacts, and propose corrective actions.
  • Support project teams with time-impact analysis and forecasting tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and cost control within the construction or real estate development sectors.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
