Job Title: Planner - Maintenance

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

A Maintenance Planner is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. The role involves preparing job plans, allocating resources, and maintaining accurate maintenance records through the CMMS system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work.
  • Prepare detailed job plans including manpower, materials, and tools.
  • Review and prioritize maintenance requests in coordination with operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and equipment history in the CMMS.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse for spare parts availability.
  • Support maintenance shutdowns and ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Monitor maintenance progress and update schedules accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
