Overview

JLL is seeking a Project Planner to join the Project & Development Services team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role contributes to JLL's mission of becoming a world-class project management consultant organization by providing specialized planning and scheduling services.

Responsibilities
  • Requires in depth/subject matter expert level knowledge of project planning & scheduling
  • Using industry and client best practices, plans, schedules, and coordinates project activity
  • Collaborates with subcontractor counterparts to ensure successful outcomes for subcontractor responsibilities
  • Provide feedback to client and contractor about the work schedule in real time and anticipate potential problems before they occur
  • Generates reports as they relate to project progress and when necessary, presentations for the client
  • Maintains liaison with all levels of project staff and other management regarding work execution, necessity of altering schedules and manpower status
  • Tracks all procurement information, including spare parts and documentation
  • Provides weekly reports to project director, client, and stakeholders, identifying risks and gaps with resolution plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of project planning and scheduling is essential, combined with strong organizational abilities and leadership skills for managing multiple simultaneous activities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to interface effectively with diverse technical and non-technical personnel across all management levels
  • Proficiency in personal computer applications is mandatory, specifically Microsoft Office Products, Primavera 6, and Microsoft Projects
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong relationship-building capabilities, technological adaptability, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced, high-volume environments while contributing to a diverse and supportive team environment
