Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Photocopiers Technicians to join our client’s technical service team in Riyadh. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of photocopying, printing, and scanning machines across corporate and commercial sites. The role demands hands‑on technical knowledge, precision in diagnosis, and the ability to ensure minimal downtime of office equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure photocopiers, printers, and multi-function devices at client locations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and periodic inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software‑related faults in photocopying machines.
  • Replace and calibrate parts such as drums, fusers, rollers, and toners as per service guidelines.
  • Handle firmware updates, connectivity setups, and network printer configurations.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of spare parts.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards during maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts procurement and warranty services.
  • Support the team in training junior technicians and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Essential Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
