Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Saudi Arabia. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and managing key customer relationships in the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our business and make a meaningful impact on patient care in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in Saudi Arabia. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategy.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance, foster a culture of excellence, and achieve sales goals. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Key Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors, to drive product adoption and market penetration. Develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase sales revenue. Evaluate potential partnerships, distribution channels, and market segments to drive business growth and market share.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities using relevant metrics and KPIs. Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop action plans to optimize sales performance and address areas of improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to support product launches, promotional activities, and market access initiatives. Ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in interactions with customers, stakeholders, and competitors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Pharmaceutical Science, Veterinary Medicine, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management in a multinational company (Only Multinational Experience), with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in therapeutic areas relevant to California Greens Corporation's product portfolio preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales management software.
