Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including customer insights and competitive landscape, to identify business opportunities.
- Oversee the full product life cycle, including new product launches, rebranding, and portfolio optimization.
- Collaborate closely with sales, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to ensure alignment and achievement of product objectives.
- Plan and manage promotional activities, marketing materials, and campaigns.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven adjustments to strategy as necessary.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management
- Degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience working in multicultural and diverse environments is highly valued.
