About the Role

About the Role: To assist the RPM to plan, manage and support all personnel functional activities of the region in strict adherence with divisional personnel policies and procedures and provide all necessary HR support services to all Line Mangers

Area of responsibilities
  1. Manage the medical services / referrals to ensure all employees in the region receive adequate and high-quality medical treatment.
  2. Manage depot security through well trained security personnel for proper safeguarding of Almarai assets.
  3. Manage the local recruitment to ensure all functions receive adequate manpower to deliver the localization objectives.
  4. Manage and monitor Payroll related activities to ensure all employees in the region receive their payments (Salary, Commissions, over-time, Holiday salary advance).
  5. Manage & monitor public relation to ensure a positive brand image is exhibited among local community.
Requirements
  • Must be holding bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • CIPD certified is a bonus.
  • 2+ years managerial experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
  • High level of proficiency using MS Office.
  • Must have competencies such as: Multi-tasking, good interpersonal skills, knowledge of company policies & procedures, ability to interpret data & reports, customer focused.
