A leading oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR administrator to provide vital support to the HR unit. The role involves maintaining accurate personnel records, ensuring confidentiality, and assisting with onboarding and HR documentation. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 0–3 years of HR experience in the oil & gas sector. Proficiency in English (B2) is required. This position promises a dynamic work environment focused on operational excellence.
Providing administrative support to the HR unit, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of personnel records, and assisting in HR-related tasks.

0 to 3 years related experience covering HR administration in oil & gas sector organization.
Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Required proficiency level B2.
