The Role:

As a Personal Trainer in Riyadh, you will work exclusively with private clients, delivering premium in‑home coaching. You will be assigned clients and expected to retain, nurture, and grow your client base through exceptional service, results, and referrals.

• Deliver high‑end, luxury,one-to-one personal training sessions, designing bespoke programmes based on client goals, health, lifestyle, and current ability.
• Coach, motivate and inspire clients to achieve results, ensuring exceptional service and exercise execution at all times.
• Conduct assessments and progress reviews, adapting training to ensure purposeful development.
• Educate clients on training, nutrition, lifestyle, and holistic well‑being to support long‑term success.
• Maintain accurate client records, session notes, and progression data.
• Stay up to date with the latest training methodologies, research, and best practice.
• Proactively grow your client base through reputation, results, and referrals.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care and integrity at all times.
  

The Person:

• Level 3 (or equivalent) Personal Training qualification.
• First Aid certified.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality coaching and exceptional client results.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise science, and programme design.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high‑profile and private clientele.
• Purpose‑driven coach who genuinely cares about client well‑being and long‑term impact.
• Professional, organised, and committed to client experience, results, and retention.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ambitious, growth‑driven, and committed to ongoing learning.

Compensation and earning potential:

This role offers outstanding earning potential, with a blend of stability and performance rewards:

Base Salary: £2,500/month (paid regardless of session volume up to 100 sessions)

Once 100 sessions/month is reached, performance pay replaces the base:

• 100 sessions/month: £35 per session (£3,500)
• 101–115 sessions: £37.50 per session
• 116–130 sessions: £40 per session
• 131+ sessions: £42.50 per session
• Bonus:£200 one‑off bonus for each new self‑sourced client purchasing their first package.
