Responsibilities

• Create personalized training plans for clients to meet their individual goals.
• Assess clients’ fitness levels and design tailored programs accordingly.
• Monitor progress over time and adjust the program as needed.
• Provide guidance on physical fitness, health, and nutrition; motivate clients to achieve their goals.
• Knowledge of basic first aid is preferred but not essential.
