The expansion anticipates accommodating up to 120 million passengers annually through 2030, quadrupling the current capacity of 30 million. The airport is expected to become one of the world’s busiest international hubs, accommodating 185 million passengers and up to 3.5 million tons of cargo annually by 2050. The role supports the Stakeholder Director in successfully coordinating and managing project permits, certificates and NOC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing company values, such as technical excellence and innovation, sustainability, health and safety, inclusion and diversity
  • The ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and compliance
  • Reporting and maintaining accurate records of permitting activities and providing regular updates to senior leadership and project stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate, organized, and secure records of all permits, certificates, NOCs, correspondence, and regulatory submissions. Ensuring version control and audit readiness.
  • Continuously tracking regulatory changes and project activities to ensure ongoing compliance. Conducting internal reviews and audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Outlining the process for successfully coordinating and managing project permits, certificates and NOC.
  • Aligning with Jacobs teams involved with the permit requests and follow up on the requirements.
  • Defining how key permits are identified, logged into a permit register and tracked until completion.
  • Logging all key permits into an accessible register, and actively keep the permit register up to date.
  • Defining the workflow that permit requests will follow throughout their life cycle.
  • Establishing the process to monitor the status of the permit requests contained within the register, and actively make certain that all requests are closed‑out in a timely manner.
  • Implementing the system by which the internal (Jacobs) and external (KSIADC, F&P, permitting entities, etc.) parties coordinate their permit activities.
  • Facilitating communications between parties, including conflict resolution.
  • Promoting clear and consistent communication among the involved project team members, authorities, key stakeholders, service providers for transmitting permit information prior and after completion.
  • Providing clear input to KSIADC on where to seek advisory information to give enough clarity or platform for any of his decisions, when requested.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Strong experience with permitting processes in KSA.
  • Solid understanding of AOR/EOR requirements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, and governmental authority procedures related to permits.
  • Proficient English language skills, excellent IT skills and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
