Our mission is to lead the post-purchase experience across MENA, making returns, exchanges, and store credits effortless for both merchants and customers.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across social media and digital channels. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, generating qualified leads, and improving ROI through continuous analysis, experimentation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple social and digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Run A/B tests to improve creatives, targeting, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and tools in digital and performance marketing.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Pixel tracking, etc.).
  • Experience managing budgets and maximizing ROI.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
