Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize creative, targeting, and landing pages for improved conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights, optimize spend, and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Manage and forecast advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend pacing.
- Report on key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and present actionable recommendations.
- Drive experimentation across new ad formats, audience segments, and platforms.
- Stay informed on industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in paid media and performance marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in performance or paid media marketing.
- Proven track record of managing high‑performing paid campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and marketing attribution models.
