About the Role

We are looking for a Payroll Associate to support our payroll operations across multiple locations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a Finance degree and initial experience in payroll to gain hands‑on exposure to payroll processing, HR benefits, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
  • Calculate employee contributions and deductions in compliance with local regulations.
  • Support the administration of HR benefits (including DEWS and flexible benefits).
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in HR & payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to resolve payroll‑related queries.
  • Assist in compliance checks and reporting for payroll audits.
  • Work with Excel to manage payroll data and generate reports.
Requirements
  • Finance degree or equivalent.
  • Strong Excel skills (data management, formulas, and basic reporting).
  • At least internship experience in payroll or finance‑related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
