Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and certified PAUT/TOFD Operators with strong technical expertise in ultrasonic testing methods. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting advanced ultrasonic inspections, evaluating weld quality, interpreting data, and ensuring compliance with international inspection standards for industrial and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) inspections on welds, components, and structures.
  • Calibrate ultrasonic testing equipment in accordance with established codes and standards.
  • Interpret and analyze ultrasonic data to identify discontinuities, defects, or anomalies.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports with accurate findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable codes such as ASME, AWS, and ISO standards.
  • Maintain and store inspection records and calibration logs systematically.
  • Work closely with NDT coordinators, QA/QC engineers, and project teams to ensure testing efficiency and reliability.
  • Follow strict safety protocols during inspection operations in high-risk industrial environments.
  • Participate in regular audits and verification of testing procedures.
  • Provide technical support during project inspections and assist in developing inspection procedures.
