A global advisory firm is looking for a Partnership Lead to manage and nurture relationships with partners for mutual success. The successful candidate will collaborate with the client’s partnership team and internal teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional client servicing. This is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months, extendable for similar periods, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary

This is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months, extendable for similar periods, to work on one of APCO’s exciting projects. The Partnership Lead is a dynamic, client-focused role responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with partners to ensure mutual success. This position requires strong collaboration with the client’s partnership team and internal teams to deliver on agreed objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and exceptional client servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Client’s Partnership Team
    • Act as the primary liaison between the client’s partnership team and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met.
    • Prepare partnership sales pitches, onboarding decks, and address specific partner needs.
    • Align partnership strategies with the client’s growth objectives to deliver measurable results.
  2. Ensure Partner Needs and Rights Are Met
    • Maintain open communication with partners, address concerns promptly, and ensure partnerships deliver value to all stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with Internal Teams
    • Work closely with creative, social media, and other internal teams to ensure deliverables align with partnership goals.
    • Support the creation of onboarding materials and refine pitches in collaboration with relevant teams.
  4. Program and Project Management
    • Manage partnership-related projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are effectively met.
  5. Client Servicing Focus
    • Build trust and foster strong relationships with both the client and their partners through excellent communication and relationship management skills.
