The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, PMP certification (preferred), and over 6 years of relevant experience in partnership management within the real estate sector. As a Partnership Delivery Manager, you will be the main point of contact between NHC and real estate developers at project sites. You will coordinate site activities, monitor developer progress, and oversee projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making
