Job description

COGNNA is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to drive the success of our channel partner program across all partner types (Referral, Reseller, MSSP). This full‑time role is both strategic and hands‑on, responsible for fully owning partner onboarding and enablement; from initial training and certification to ongoing support and performance optimization.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will empower partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources to market and sell COGNNA’s cybersecurity solutions effectively.

The Partner Enablement Manager will design and execute enablement strategies, coordinate training programs, support deal registration, develop partner‑sourced pipeline, track partner performance, and activate marketing assets to maximize partner‑driven revenue.

The ideal candidate is a structured, proactive professional who can collaborate cross‑functionally and maintain a data‑driven approach to strengthen our partner ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  1. Partner Onboarding & Training: Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new partners, ensuring each Referral, Reseller, and MSSP partner is thoroughly educated on COGNNA’s offerings and processes. Coordinate all partner training sessions and certification programs to equip partners with the necessary technical knowledge and credentials.
  2. Enablement & Ongoing Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner enablement. Provide hands‑on support and guidance to partners, including assistance with the use of enablement tools such as the Partner Relationship Management portal (PRM) and CRM. Ensure partners have access to up‑to‑date sales collateral, product information, and resources needed to promote and sell COGNNA solutions successfully.
  3. Deal Registration & Pipeline Development: Oversee the partner deal registration process to ensure opportunities are captured and routed correctly through the PRM and CRM systems. Support partners in developing a healthy sales pipeline – assisting with lead registration, qualification, and handoff to the sales team. Work closely with partners on joint pipeline generation activities and ensure timely follow‑up on partner‑sourced leads and opportunities.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, including deal volumes, conversion rates, revenue contribution, and training/certification completion. Track partner KPIs and use CRM/PRM data to generate regular performance reports. Identify trends and insights to improve the partner program, and communicate results and recommendations to Sales leadership.
  5. Partner Program Strategy & Operations: Continuously refine the partner program strategy and operational processes. This includes managing partner tiers and incentives (e.g. Referral commissions, Reseller discount levels) to drive partner engagement. Develop strategic initiatives to expand the partner network and increase partner‑sourced revenue, while ensuring alignment of the partner program with COGNNA’s overall sales goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to optimize workflows for partner onboarding, deal registration, and co‑selling.
  6. Marketing Coordination & Asset Activation: Work with the Marketing team to activate and distribute marketing assets for partner use. Enable partners to leverage COGNNA’s marketing collateral and coordinate co‑branded marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, or campaigns. Ensure that partners are empowered to generate leads and market COGNNA’s solutions effectively by utilizing provided assets and participating in joint marketing efforts.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cyber Security, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in channel partner management, partner enablement, or sales enablement roles.
  • Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of working with channel partners (resellers, distributors, MSSPs) in the technology, SaaS provider, or cybersecurity sector. Understanding of partner program dynamics and channel sales cycles is essential.
  • Tools Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with CRM and partner management tools. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and partner portals (PRM) such as Kiflo is highly valued. Ability to analyze data and generate reports from these systems.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational abilities. Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple partner initiatives, trainings, and follow‑up actions simultaneously.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to train and present to partner teams, as well as coordinate with internal departments to drive partner success.
Preferred Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the cybersecurity industry or B2B SaaS is a plus, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the regional market landscape.
  • Partner Program Development: Demonstrated success in developing or scaling a partner program, including setting up incentive structures, tiered programs, or certification curricula.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technical concepts related to cybersecurity solutions to effectively train partners (technical certification or background is a bonus).
  • Regional Insight: Familiarity with the Saudi and GCC markets for partnerships. Existing relationships or networks among regional IT/cyber security service providers, resellers, or MSSPs will be an advantage.
