The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Paramedic Science and possess ALS/BLS certifications along with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Job description

To provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care and coordinate on-site emergency response, ensuring rapid medical support and safety during project activities. Responsible for maintaining medical equipment, supporting HSE initiatives, and mentoring junior medical staff as required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Policies, Processes & Procedures
  • Comply with organizational policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Implement and uphold safety and security standards to protect all employees and company assets.
2. Onsite Emergency Medical Care
  • Deliver Advanced Life Support (ALS) and emergency treatment to injured or ill personnel at project sites or during patient transport.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate medical response in coordination with HSE and project management teams.
3. Medical Equipment Management
  • Maintain readiness of all on-site medical equipment, ambulances, and emergency supplies according to project standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, calibration, and servicing of medical devices to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
4. Team Supervision & Training
  • Lead and mentor paramedics and first aid teams assigned to the project.
  • Conduct regular emergency response drills and ensure high readiness across all shifts.
5. Incident Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on medical incidents, injuries, and health trends.
  • Submit documentation to project management and HSE teams for recordkeeping and analysis.
6. Coordination with Project Stakeholders
  • Liaise with project management, contractors, and local healthcare providers to ensure effective emergency response coordination.
  • Support other projects or company sites in health and safety initiatives when required.
7. Miscellaneous Duties
  • Perform additional duties or special assignments as required to support the team and company objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Paramedic Science, Emergency Medical Services, Nursing, or equivalent.
  2. Certified in Advanced Life Support (ALS) / Basic Life Support (BLS).
  3. 3–5 years of experience in emergency medical response, preferably in industrial or construction project environments.
  4. Strong knowledge of HSE standards and emergency protocols.
  5. Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
