The role involves independently handling compliance reporting matters related to labor and employment (L&E) laws in the KSA. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for monitoring notifications from the MOHRSD / courts received on the Najiz platform and / or via SMS notifications, ensuring that such notifications are promptly distributed / communicated to appropriate Bechtel in-house attorneys and outside counsel and pertinent dates / deadlines are tracked and reported out as needed to ensure timely action by legal personnel. The individual will also play a key role in compilation of data / documents / information regarding pending labor court cases and keeping Legal department trackers updated on a regular basis. Preparing reports, as required by the Legal department is also an important part of this role. The person will also support SABCO HR staff in the handling of responses to government inquiries and / or requests for data / documents. The role provides support to Senior Counsel, Global Employment and Labor on various L&E matters. Close collaboration with Human Resources, Regions Team, Finance & Accounting, project teams, and legal personnel is a key part of the role.
