Pan Asian Chef — Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Thai (Michelin Star Restaurant, Saudi Arabia)
Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Saudi Arabia for a Pan Asian Chef specializing in Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Thai cuisines. The chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic dishes from these cuisines, ensuring high standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation. Additional duties include menu development, collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise workflow, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and sourcing high‑quality ingredients to create exceptional dining experiences.
