Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in an automotive or industrial paint shop environment.
• Strong understanding of paint shop processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for paint shop equipment.
• Create, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS.
• Monitor spare parts inventory levels to ensure availability.
