Our outdoor sales team plays a crucial role in driving our market outreach and sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our top-tier mattresses reach customers throughout the MENA region. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective outdoor sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by escalating business growth.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, feedback, and market analysis to management.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote our brand and products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years of experience as an Outdoor Sales Manager or similar sales role in consumer goods, preferably in the mattress or bedding industry.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical skills related to sales software and CRM systems.
